The room was clean and had comfortable beds, ideal for winding down after a day of exploring. light sleepers might find the street noise a bit disruptive at night. the absence of an elevator posed a challenge with heavy luggage, and it would have been better if the bathroom had more modern amenities.

The location made it easy to explore the city since it was merely 200 meters from both the main Krakow Railway Station and Bus station, perfect for our travel needs. Plus, the thoughtful gesture of a water machine at reception was a nice touch.

The soap in the shower had an unpleasant smell.

the absence of an elevator is just tragic, especially with my luggages, and to top it off, my room was on the 3rd floor. Plus, the plugs were shaking. I expected at least one functioning outlet. they should really understand that having a bit of comfort is not too much to ask for. almost gave a good review, but just couldn’t.

Location’s lekker, just around the corner from the train station. The room was clean and had a good vibe, and the beds were super comfy! The reception chommies helped us with all our queries, so they get a big ups!
